Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered, MOKANÁ Swimwear is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend ensuring a secure delivery location.

Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for items purchased transfer to the customer upon delivery.
